We will send you a message to confirm that you have a spot.
We
would like to have your mobile phone number in order to call you
should you not arrive on time so that we can confirm whether you
will be coming or if we should give your seat to any stand by
guests. In either case we need to arrange the seat numbers and
may need to call you.
We
also prefer to send telephone numbers along with e-mail contact to
your perfect matches as there are occasionally errors with e-mail
bouncing back. At the event you can specify contact only by
telephone or e-mail or both. We recommend both. Your information
will of course be confidential and never given to third parties
(other than contact information sent to your perfect matches)
Cancellation Policy:
If you do sign up but then can't come, please tell us! It is obviously important that we have the same number of men and women. And there will be people on the waiting list that would love to take your spot. So, just send us an e-mail and let us
know.
