We will send you a message to confirm that you have a spot.
We
would like to have your mobile phone number in order to call you
should you not arrive on time so that we can confirm whether you
will be coming or if we should give your seat to any stand by
guests. In either case we need to arrange the seat numbers and
may need to call you.
The
primary means of contacting a match should be by telephone.
Sending e-mail messages are of course okay but e-mail messages can
be filtered and deleted in some cases without your match seeing
them. Thus your e-mail and telephone contact will be sent to your
matches. If you do not want someone calling you please do not
select that person. If you do not have a telephone number in Japan
yet, please include a telephone contact in your home country.
Cancellation Policy:
If you sign up but then cannot come, please tell us! It is important that we have the same
or close to the same number of men and women. There may be people on the waiting list that would love to take your spot. So, just send us an e-mail
or call and let us know if you cannot attend.
